Women's Employment
Women account for 42% of the agricultural workforce and 32% of total employment in our country, playing a vital role in sustaining Türkiye’s agricultural production. By employing a large number of women in our greenhouses, we help drive local economic growth and strengthen the communities where we operate. In rural areas, many women are either excluded from the workforce or work as unpaid family laborers. By providing them with stable, formal employment, we make a meaningful contribution to GDP growth and help narrow the income gap across society.
Inclusion
To strengthen the vocational and technical skills of the women we employ in secure agricultural jobs, we offer training and development programs. These initiatives not only empower women to take on a more active role in agriculture but also promote gender equality. Our training programs combine theoretical education with hands-on workshops and field visits.
